So What Do "Releasing The Weight" Sessions Look Like? 

Firstly you will need to book a session using the red link below.  This will start the process off to create a block booking to provide you with hypnotherapy and other techniques to help you with releasing that weight.

The total price of £380.00 includes the following:

  • A 1.5 hour Initial Assessment / Emotional Detox Session to release negative feelings, images, thoughts, emotions and sensations in a peaceful and calm way and to help you calm your Autonomic Nervous System with all that stress it is holding onto. Together with exploring what keeps you the way you are and work out what is keeping you with the weight and what will be best for you to help you to release the weight.
  • 4 x 1.5 hour session will be provided to cover a combination of Hypnotherapy / NLP / EFT / EMDR sessions that can help you with your cravings, urges and desires for certain foods you have.  We will negotiate with those parts of you to find other healthier ways of doing that positive intention it is doing with keeping you with the weight on. To transfer the satisfaction to other more healthier behaviours, such as eating 80/20 (because all foods are good for you and fuel your body), red, amber, green foods, portion sizes, water, movement, finding your ideal self, emotional eating, working with your body image etc.  Gastric Band Hypnotherapy can be provided if you so wish within these sessions.
  • Self-Hypnosis recordings within a course layout will be provided to help you in between sessions.

How to prepare yourself for your session with me....

  • Consider thinking about all of the reasons why you want to "release that weight" e.g. "I want to release 50 pounds of weight from my body by January 2025".
  • Consider what beliefs holds you back from "releasing that weight" e.g. I am too busy etc.
  • Consider thinking about all those things that have worked in the past when you have lost weight before.
  • Consider what you are hoping to achieve from doing the "release that weight" process. What are your realistic goals.
  • Consider what suggestions you would like to embed in your mind to do with the weight loss you would like.
  • Come with an open mind to the sessions and have fun with the process.
