Motivation is Key to "Becoming a Non-Smoker"?

Finding out what is motivating you to stop smoking is important.  This is why when we do "Becoming a Non-Smoker" sessions the first session will involve exploring your reasons for wanting to stop being a Smoker.  It needs to feel the right time for you to stop smoking because when you are really motivated to stop then this will make the process of "becoming a non-smoker" easier with hypnotherapy with me.

Remember as a smoker your smoking is a habit and not an addiction.  It's not like you wake up in the middle of the night, go to the toilet and then think gosh I need a cigarette now.  You are able to go to the toilet and then go back to bed and sleep until the morning.  You will then have a cigarette in the morning with your coffee perhaps (that's a habit).  Therefore you have not got an addiction to smoking, you have a strong habit.  A habit is a learned behaviour and a behaviour that is learned can be unlearned or it can make it easy to learn a new behaviour.  Therefore working together I can help you to “learn” to be a non-smoker utilising the power of your own sub-conscious mind and using your own ideas to create new healthier behaviours for yourself to "becoming a non-smoker".

  • I will go and do that (bit of work) and then have a cigarette - it breaks up my day - reward.

What Does "Becoming a Non-Smoker" Sessions Look Like: 

Firstly you will need to book a session using the red link below.  This will start the process off to create a block booking to provide you with hypnotherapy and other techniques to help you with becoming a non-smoker.

The total price of £295.00 includes the following:

  • A 1 and a half hour initial assessment / Emotional Detox Session to release negative feelings, images, thoughts, emotions and sensations together with exploring all your reasons for wanting to "become a non-smoker".
  • 2 hour "Becoming a Non-Smoker" Hypnotherapy session including helping to take the craving, urge, desire for the cigarettes or vapes.  We will negotiate with those parts of you to find other healthier ways of doing that positive intention it is doing smoking. To transfer the satisfaction to other more healthier behaviours, such as relaxing, exercising or drinking more water rather than over-eating which is what can sometimes happen when smoking is taken away.  
  • Self-Hypnosis recording will also be given to you to help with finding new ways to do what a non-smoker does.

How to prepare yourself for your session with me....

  • List all of the reasons why you want to become a non-smoker.  All those reasons why you want to stop smoking and how that will help and benefit you in the future becoming a non-smoker. 
  • The night before your session, I want you to collect anything that is related to being a smoker, those things like cigarettes, vapes, lighters, matches, ashtrays etc and I want you to bring them with you on your session or to throw them away.
  • Then I want you to tell all your family, friends and work colleagues that you are becoming a non-smoker and when your session date will be.  This will help you to take ownership and motivate you more to want to become a non-smoker.
  • I want you to commit to not having a cigarette or vape the morning of your session.  To have your last one the day before perhaps. I need you to come into the session with a craving for your cigarette or vape. This is very important.
